SHIPPING POLICY (paste into "Shipping policy")

Every order at The Rotation ships FREE — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.

DELIVERY TIMES

• Standard shipping: 7–15 business days
• Express shipping (where available at checkout): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with carrier volume, weather, and customs processing. Once a package is with the carrier, transit times are outside our control, but your tracking link will keep you updated along the way.

TRACKING
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 days, contact us at info@beeviah.com and we'll look into it for you.

SHIPPING AREAS
We currently ship within the United States. Orders to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses may take a few extra days.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute packages once shipped, and orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
